Bali Chicken Quesadillas with Sriracha Aioli

Ingredients
1 12 cups
Big Batch Bali Chicken, cooked, sliced or cubed
34 cup
grated low-fat cheese
1
green pepper, diced – optional
4
flour tortillas
1 recipe prepared
Sriracha Aioli

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Lay 2 tortillas on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
  4. Divide mixture between tortillas, spreading to within 12" of edge.
  5. Top each with another tortilla. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  6. Cut into wedges, and serve with prepared Sriracha Aioli.
